　　上海联合水泥有限公司创立于1994年，由香港联合国际工业（上海）有限公司与上海建材集团总公司所属上海水泥厂合资建立，总投资六千万美元。公司日产熟料2200吨，年产42.5等级高标号硅酸盐和普通硅酸盐水泥九十万吨，生产能力在上海地区规模最大，产品最优。
　　
　　公司现有职工总人数270多人，其组织架构相对合理，人员精干，人均产销水泥3000吨/年，人均销售额约90万元/年，人均创利润超过10万元人民币/年，成为同行业的佼佼者。
　　
　　公司位于上海市徐汇区，黄浦江畔，紧邻龙华飞机场，交通方便。

　　Shanghai Allied Cement Corporation Limited is the result of a joint venture between Hongkong Allied International Industry (Shanghai) Inc. and Shanghai Building Material Group in 1994 with a total investment of USD 60M. With a production capacity of 2200T/D of clinker or 900,000T/year of 42.5 ordinary portland cement, this joint venture represents the biggest production capacity and highest cement quality in Shanghai area.
　　
　　The company owns a working staff of over 270 people, with relatively reasonable organizing structure and qualified personnel. Being an outstanding one in its field, the company has a cement producing capacity reaching 3,000 tons per capita, sales 900,000 Yuan per capita and benefit over 100,000 Yuan per capita each year.
　　
　　The Company is located in Shanghai's Xuhui district, along side the Huang Pu River and old Longhua airport, providing convenient transportation to all parts of Shanghai.
